Cancellation and Refund Policy has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

1.         If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them.

2.         If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product

3.         We will refund amount when we will receive the product.

4.         10 % will be deducted if you want the refunds against Credit / Debit Card Payment .

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
